Pathways of the Body is a 4-month online journey of awakening into
self-love, embodied compassion and somatic aliveness.

RETREATS

In person immersions to deepen our relationship to practice, to community and to nature. Thoughtfully curated experiences to steep into rest, into devotion and self-inquiry.

WOMEN'S CIRCLES

A women's cirle is a sacred container where we come together to explore aspects of ourselves under the unconditional support and acceptance of other women.

 

Every circle is a curated journey that invites us to get in touch with the sacredness of our feminine nature and to remember the power and wisdom within.
